My Journey

Two powerful words in the path of creating is “I Am”. These are my goals in creating my spiritual self.

I am one with Source

I am fully embracing that we are all Source

I am in service to others as a conduit and to lead by example through my day to day interactions with all.

I am in service to myself so I can continue to be there for others.

I am achieving balance of self through meditation and yoga.

I am rejuvenated through communing with nature, animals, water and sun energy.

I am maintaining a diet that keeps me alert, clean and open to Source

I am expanding my knowledge within the spiritual path that resonates within me through reading, research and daily interactions with all.

I am creating my NOW.
