Things have been happening in my life as of recently that requires a change. And a lot of it has been pointing towards moving to either Upstate SC or the Blue Mountains of NC.

So I’ve been on a search for unrestricted acreage with a year round creek, hardwoods and access to basic utilities (if they don’t already exist on the property).

My vision is to build or create a sustainable home on this property. I’ve been looking at doing a combination of Cob and Straw Bale.

It’s my intention to build and live with nature, not against it.
